Remote Case Manager: Specialty Patient Access

Randstad USA is seeking an autonomous Case Manager for Specialty Patient Access to work fully remotely. You will manage the complete patient case lifecycle—from benefit verification to specialty pharmacy coordination—ensuring empathetic, high-quality service across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.
The role requires strong problem-solving, PHI/HIPAA compliance, and excellent communication while collaborating with payers, providers, and patients.
