The Role
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable in Deltek Vantagepoint
- Oversee AP and expense processing, with an AP Coordinator as an indirect report
- Review staff expense reports for policy compliance
- Manage payment runs across ACH, check and wire
- Maintain vendor master data, W-9s and 1099 reporting
- Reconcile AP aging and vendor statements
- Prepare month-end AP accruals and support the close
- Support audits and improve AP processes and controls
Your Experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle AP , ideally at senior, lead or supervisor level
- Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision experience preferred
- Expense report processing and policy review
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
- Architecture, engineering or professional services background a plus
