You will play an important role in scaling innovative marketing solutions while strengthening long-term client relationships. \n Accountabilities: The Client Services Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of client programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective communication, and alignment across multiple teams. This role requires strong relationship management, organizational skills, and the ability to translate strategic goals into successful execution. Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, ensuring a responsive and seamless client experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative strategy, insights, project management, and partner teams to keep initiatives on track. Manage program milestones including discovery sessions, data analysis, creative recommendations, workshops, and final deliverables. Review and quality-check client-facing materials to ensure recommendations are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives. Apply knowledge of digital marketing strategy, creative effectiveness, media performance, and measurement frameworks to support strong outcomes. Identify potential risks, delivery challenges, and stakeholder concerns while proactively supporting resolution efforts. Create alignment across teams by clarifying priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps. Recommend process improvements and contribute to scaling effective delivery practices across programs. Support clients in improving marketing capabilities, creative effectiveness, and digital maturity. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced client services professional with a background in account management, consulting, digital marketing, or related fields. They should be comfortable managing complex stakeholder environments, communicating strategic insights, and delivering high-quality client experiences. 5–7 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role. Experience working within an agency, media, technology, or digital marketing environment. Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to evaluate data insights and creative recommendations, identify gaps, and develop compelling client narratives. Solid understanding of digital media strategy, creative production workflows, marketing measurement, and performance indicators. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. Ability to influence teams and drive accountability without direct authority. Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders is preferred. Familiarity with Google/YouTube media programs, AI-enabled workflows, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
