About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to take on an executive leadership role with a focus on defining and executing IT strategy to support business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing operational excellence with digital and AI-led transformation, with direct accountability for IT in sales, after-sales, production network, and services. This includes ensuring reliable, scalable, and cost-effective IT services, as well as leading the AI agenda and driving digital transformation to enhance productivity, quality, and customer value. The CIO will also have indirect responsibility for IT infrastructure, cyber security, and oversight of IT in engineering and group functions. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with at least 12 years' of experience, including a minimum of 4 years' in high-level leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in enterprise systems, IT/OT integration, and a proven track record in digital, data, and AI expertise. Strategic and collaborative leadership skills are essential, as the CIO will be expected to build and lead a high-performing IT organization, act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and ensure effective coordination of IT activities across the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale ERP implementations, and a Master's degree in a related field is considered advantageous.
