Contract Talent Acquisition Associate - Sourcing & Pipeline

Korn Ferry

Korn Ferry is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our team in Texas on a contract basis. The role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline for RPO/Project clients through direct and indirect sourcing, with potential for hybrid work in the future. You will work closely with Business Partners and Hiring Managers, develop sourcing strategies, and optimize channels to improve candidate quality and quantity.
