Section 8 Occupancy Specialist

To provide and develop quality, affordable housing opportunities while revitalizing our neighborhoods! Occupancy Specialist The Housing Authority of Newport is currently accepting resumes for the position of Occupancy Specialist in its Section 8 Department. Conduct group and individual sessions with clients regarding program rules. Execute paperwork necessary for assistance. Calculate tenant rents. Document client files. Perform data input. Assist with occupancy matters. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent math and communication skills are a must.
