Certified Mobile Notary Service is hiring a Freelance Mobile Notary to serve Columbus, Ohio and Franklin County — including Dublin, Westerville, and Grove City. As a mobile notary industry leader, we bring professional signing services directly to clients across the Columbus region, in person and through secure remote online notarization. ABOUT THE COLUMBUS MARKET: Columbus and Franklin County generate steady demand for loan signings from local title companies, escrow offices, real estate agents, and law firms. Reliable signing agents who cover Dublin, Westerville, and Grove City enjoy consistent, well-paid appointments year-round. You will represent a trusted brand while enjoying the independence of setting your own schedule and the security of a reliable stream of signings. RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel across Columbus and nearby communities such as Dublin, Westerville, and Grove City to notarize loan documents, real estate closings, refinances, wills, and powers of attorney. Administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness signatures, verify identities, and certify copies in full compliance with Ohio law — in person or via remote online notarization. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • MUST be a U.S. citizen. • Active Notary Public commission or certification. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Able to clear a background check. • Experience notarizing loan documents preferred. • Professional, detail-oriented, honest, and calm under pressure. JOB REQUIREMENTS: A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around Columbus, Ohio. PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
