As we continue our journey, we're seeking a dedicated HR Director to join our team and support our Human Resources department . Lotus Hospitality seeks an experienced and dynamic HR Director to lead all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategies that foster a positive workplace culture, support employee growth, and align HR practices with our company's mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
