Electrical Project Manager (Mid-Senior Level)

Lead High-Impact Electrical Projects

We're hiring a Mid-Senior Level Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects involving switchgear and medium voltage (MV) systems . This is a leadership role overseeing full project lifecycle execution-from planning through closeout.

What You'll Do

Manage all phases of electrical projects (MV + switchgear)
Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Build and manage schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction
Review drawings, specs, and submittals for accuracy
Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and quality standards
Identify risks and proactively manage delays and cost impacts
Lead project meetings and provide status updates
Handle change orders and contract administration

What You Bring

5+ years of electrical project management experience
Strong background in medium voltage and switchgear systems
Experience in electrical construction, power systems, or industrial projects
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/specs
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

Nice to Have

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience with utility or infrastructure projects
PMP (or similar) certification
