This is a leadership role overseeing full project lifecycle execution-from planning through closeout. What You'll Do
- Manage all phases of electrical projects (MV + switchgear)
- Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Build and manage schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction
- Review drawings, specs, and submittals for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and quality standards
- Identify risks and proactively manage delays and cost impacts
- Lead project meetings and provide status updates
- Handle change orders and contract administration
- 5+ years of electrical project management experience
- Strong background in medium voltage and switchgear systems
- Experience in electrical construction, power systems, or industrial projects
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/specs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience with utility or infrastructure projects
- PMP (or similar) certification
- Lead a newly awarded, high-visibility project
- Strong pipeline of upcoming work
- Collaborative, hands-on environment
