Responsibilities Assist with promotional campaigns and customer outreach activities. Engage with customers and prospective customers in a professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up with prospective customers and assist with customer retention efforts. Help organize promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and business development goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and professional personality. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Previous marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
