Contract Administrator

We're looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team — the backbone of seamless project execution. You'll ensure every document is organized, accessible, and compliant, keeping our project managers and customers connected and informed throughout the project life-cycle. This is a hybrid position that is based in one of our HUBs or Regional Office locations. What will you do? Liaison between legal and Branches to review and move contracts towardexecution Review and send all service and project-related contracts to Legal Dept. for approval and negotiations if needed. Act as point of contact for contract customers as well as responsible for the smooth administration of all Branch department contracts within the US. Assist in co ntract negotiations when necessary Work with Risk Management to ensure risk is reduced for SEBA and the Branches Process all Platinum Rule Exceptions through bridge Front Office (bFO)/Salesforce for corporate approval when needed. Track all projects and follow-up with customers, Legal and/or sales staff when status is needed. Process all project-related Certificates of Insurance (COI's), NDA's, Master Subcontracts, Payment & Performance bonds, Bid bonds, Bid Documents and Bid Pre-qualifications when requested via Smartsheet. What Qualifications will make you successful : Bachelor or Associate Degree in relative field Must have 3+ years of contract experience in construction industry You have working knowledge of construction insurance Are able to work on multiple tasks / contracts simultaneously Must be organized and detail oriented Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines Are able to communicate effectively Work well in team environment Ability to follow process and ensure that process is followed What's in it for me? For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
