Overview We are seeking a Communications Agent to support customer interactions, appointment coordination, and day-to-day communication between customers and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent service. Responsibilities Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs Provide general information regarding company services Assist with office communication and administrative support Collaborate with team members to ensure timely customer service Maintain a professional and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction Minimum Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities Professional and positive attitude Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and data entry Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr One New Creation
