Human Resources Manager – Tech Services & Operations Reports to: Global Head of Human Resources Scope: United States & Canada Compensation $130K to $140K About the Role We are seeking a forward-looking Human Resources Manager with strong technology acumen and hands-on experience leveraging AI to drive people and business outcomes. This role partners closely with senior leaders across Engineering, Technical Services, and Operations to align workforce strategy with digital innovation and growth. You will act as both a strategic advisor and an executor—translating data, technology, and AI capabilities into actionable people strategies. This role is ideal for someone energized by transformation who understands how emerging technologies are reshaping work, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. A core focus of this position is enabling AI adoption across the organization—helping leaders build AI-ready teams, evolve roles and skills, and integrate intelligent tools into day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership & Leadership Advisory Partner with senior and executive leaders to align people strategies with business, technology, and transformation goals Coach leaders on building high-performing, tech-enabled teams and driving accountability in evolving environments Advise leadership on workforce readiness in the context of digital disruption and AI adoption AI Enablement & HR Technology Innovation Lead and support AI enablement efforts across Engineering and Operations, including workforce planning for AI-integrated roles Identify, implement, and optimize HR technologies, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions Drive adoption of AI tools across HR functions including talent management, workforce analytics, and employee experience Partner with Technology and business leaders to align people strategies with enterprise digital initiatives Organizational Design & Workforce Transformation Lead organizational design aligned to evolving skill sets, automation, and AI integration Redefine job architecture, leveling frameworks, and compensation models to align with future-of-work trends Drive workforce planning strategies including skills-based hiring, reskilling, and capability development Manage complex employee relations matters using a balanced, data-informed approach People Analytics & Data-Driven Insights Utilize advanced people analytics, dashboards, and AI tools to identify trends and inform decisions Translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders Measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives through metrics and KPIs Core HR Programs & Compliance Deliver HR programs (performance, engagement, compensation) with a focus on digital enablement and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across multiple jurisdictions Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and Payroll teams to optimize processes, systems, and service delivery What You Bring 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including supporting technical or engineering teams Demonstrated experience utilizing AI, automation, or advanced HR systems to enhance business and people outcomes Strong understanding of how emerging technologies are reshaping workforce models, roles, and skills Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive transformation initiatives Experience with people analytics, workforce data, and modern HR technologies (HRIS, talent platforms, analytics tools) Deep expertise in employee relations, compliance, and performance management Experience in organizational design, job architecture, and compensation structures in evolving environments Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to workforce strategy Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed, and evolving environment Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
