Masking Operator – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Arlington, TX 76011
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9AM - 5:30PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring Masking Operators for a manufacturing company in the Arlington area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in a long-term manufacturing opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply masking materials to parts and components according to specifications.
- Prepare parts for processing by properly covering designated areas.
- Carefully inspect parts to ensure masking is accurate and complete.
- Remove masking materials after processing while preventing damage to parts.
- Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Handle parts and materials safely throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or masking experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on production work.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday.
- Willingness to work toward a temp-to-hire opportunity.
