You’ll help connect creative, strategy, media, digital, and production teams to bring Jack’s creative sparks and thoughtful insights to life, ensuring deliverables are aligned, on schedule, and executed seamlessly across channels. You’ll demonstrate an understanding of the integrated marketing process, a strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn, contribute, and support the team every step of the way.What you'll be doing:  General Team Support  Support the team to execute project components Coordinate communications between team members and assist in client communications (scheduling meetings for groups, booking conference rooms, prep and print materials)  Ownership of meeting notes, organize follow-up action items, and circulate to teams  Track progress of projects to ensure timelines are followed and updated accordingly  File and folder nomenclature policing   Go-to-Market Media Execution – partner with the strategy team to bring media plans to life, supporting tracking setup, asset organization, trafficking, and QA to ensure campaigns are set up accurately and ready to launch seamlessly across channels. Financial + Related Administration:  Proofreading support, formatting clean-up as needed for SOW documents   Research, hire and manage external resources and media partners as needed/directed Team timesheet tracking and report assembly as directed    Process invoices and assist in reconciling costs against budget as directed  Creative + Recognition  Assist with opportunity research, presentation assembly, ideation and other creative development tasks  Build post-launch reports and case studies to share across the agency (and presenting in all-staff meetings)  Asset creation coordination – coordinate with creative teams to drive asset development, manage timelines, ensure specs are met, and deliver assets that align with campaign and media requirements. What you'll bring to Jack:  Experience or Degrees in marketing, project management, business or related field (this is an early-career role; new grads with internship experience encouraged to apply)Excellent attention to detail in any project you complete  Expert scheduling and note-taking skills  Ability to work under tight deadlines  Problem solver ready to tackle any challenge  Willingness to learn and follow processes  Ability to be proactive, anticipate needs, and be resourceful Great communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage up and sideways effectively Technical skills required: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, Budgeting software (Procim is a bonus!), Expense reporting software, travel booking software.
