Sales Support Specialist
Temp-to-Hire | $15/hour + Commission | Full Time (M-F 9-5) | Remote

** Limited to PA, DE, NJ, NY, MASS, IL, MI, NV Candidates only **

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for customer service professionals looking to build a career in sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to schedule appointments, generate leads, and qualify prospects
Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
Present products and services clearly and professionally to potential clients
Follow up on leads to drive engagement and conversion
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals

Requirements

Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required
REQUIRED: Windows-based computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling high call volumes and customer interactions
Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills
Basic technical proficiency (phone systems, CRM tools, internet navigation)
Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain products confidently
