Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Payments Operations support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent Location Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Support defect identification, updates, potential resolution, and prioritization within Payments Operations. Create reporting for executive summaries to facilitate informed decision-making. Develop and deliver executive presentations, including burndown charts, to communicate progress effectively. Lead daily review meetings with multiple internal partners to ensure alignment and issue resolution. Create detailed meeting notes and actionable takeaways from all discussions to support continuous improvement. What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting wire payments and MX formatted messages. Experience with Octane and/or JIRA for issue tracking and project management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of management. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
