• Current Speech Language Pathology license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students (K–5)
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement effective interventions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, and communication disorders in K-5 students, both individually and in groups
• Develop IEP goals and provide direct therapy in accordance with each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate records, document services, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Engage in continued learning and keep abreast of best practices in the field
