Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Acute Care

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per policy: Required
- At least two years recent experience in field: Required
- Experience with EPIC and Cerner: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Collect and analyze relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
- Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery and promoting a safe environment.
- Evaluate patient progress toward attaining outcomes and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Provide health information and learning opportunities for patients and family members.

- This position includes a guaranteed 48 hours per week for 8 weeks.
