Conference Services Manager - Events & Sales Liaison

Ambassador Chicago is seeking a Conference Service Manager to coordinate and service group events. You will partner with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to in-house operations and manage both client expectations and detailed execution. Ideal candidates have a hospitality background, 1–3 years in Front Office or Sales & Catering, and strong communication.
