At American Pediatric Dental Group, we re looking for a dedicated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who shares our commitment to outstanding patient care and enjoys working in a supportive, fun, and professional team environment.

In this vital role, you ll be instrumental in guiding families through their orthodontic journey, combining both front office and clinical expertise to ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:30 AM 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Present financial treatment plans clearly and confidently

• Navigate dental insurance with ease and accuracy

• Utilize clinical dental assisting knowledge (orthodontic experience is a plus!)

• Communicate effectively with patients and team members

• Multitask in a dynamic environment while staying organized and upbeat

• Adapt quickly and collaborate as a flexible team player
