Responsibility

\n

1. Establish policies covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, employee relations and compliance.

\n

2. Develop workforce planning for the factory and drive recruitment for key positions.

\n

3. Be responsible for employee handbook, on-boarding & off boarding, discipline management and corporate culture development.

\n

Accountability

\n

1. Fill key positions in accordance with the production launch schedule.

\n

2. Launch HR policies and employee handbook.

\n

3. Ensure stable operation of compensation & benefits and attendance processes.

\n

4. Keep labor compliance, employee relations and turnover risks under control

\n

Skill

\n

1. Familiar with US federal and North Carolina labor laws, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, HRIS and employee relations.

\n

2. Possess organization building and cross-cultural communication capabilities.

\n

Experience

\n

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources or related disciplines.

\n

2. Over 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years of HR management experience in manufacturing industry.

\n

3. Experience in greenfield factory recruitment and SHRM/PHR certification is preferred.
