Paralegal - Collections
Law Offices of Pullano & Farrow PLLC
(Pay is dependent on years of relevant work experience and work production.) Experience: Litigation experience required, and some collections experience strongly preferred.Expected duties include but are not limited to:Organizing and coordinating a high volume of collection mattersCommunicating with debtors, clients, opposing counsel, and the courtManaging & calendaring a large number of litigation & collections deadlinesDrafting legal correspondence and documents including motion papers & complaintsFiling documents with court & county offices, & arranging for service of processCandidate will be expected to take a lead role in all things secretarial, clerical, and paralegal related for the collections practiceLight overflow work as needed to support firm, ex: filing, reception fill-in or backupSkills:Necessary:Attention to detail even with high volume of workExcellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbalOrganizationIdeal:Familiarity with FDCPA and HIPAAHere are a few examples of what you'll get for the great work you provide:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceEmployee discountPaid time off**For any questions about this position, please reach out to Karen Pullano** Email: View email address on click.appcast.io About our Firm: Pullano & Farrow promotes a high energy environment and lives up to a very simple mission &.
