ENVI Marketing is seeking motivated, energetic, and driven individuals to join our growing Pest Control Sales Team as an In-Market D2D Sales Representative .

This is a full-cycle, face-to-face sales role where you will connect directly with homeowners, educate them on pest protection solutions, and help families protect their homes year-round.

No prior pest control experience required — we provide industry-leading sales training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

As a D2D Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will:

• Prospect residential neighborhoods and engage directly with homeowners

• Educate customers about pest control solutions and seasonal protection plans

• Conduct in-person consultations and identify customer needs

• Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain professionalism in the field

• Manage follow-up communication and customer pipeline

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• Represent the ENVI Marketing brand with confidence and integrity
