The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. Every employee is part of the team and plays an important role at RXO. Daily Duties Communicate in a friendly, professional manner with clients and coworkers. Execute accurate and timely handling of client delivery requests. Generate and prepare accurate manifest records. Essential Qualifications Knowledge of NYC Transit System, specifically the borough of Manhattan. Advanced experience using a smartphone. Flexibility to work overtime. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of route transportation experience. The capability to follow detailed instructions. Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork. The commitment to follow and enforce all company procedures and safety guidelines. Physical Job Requirements Lift up to 30 lbs. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time. Benefits Competitive pay.
