Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Michigan special education teaching license (required)

- Passion for supporting inclusive classroom environments and differentiated learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with a range of disabilities
- Use evidence-based instructional strategies to foster academic and social development
- Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive support
- Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and professional development sessions
