Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist must possess strong communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

·        Manage full-cycle accounts payable activities

·        Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments

·        Match, code, and reconcile invoices and receipts

·        Prepare and process checks for multiple entities

·        Maintain vendor records and update vendor databases

·        Audit employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance

·        Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting

·        Support process improvements and accounts payable efficiencies

Accounts Payable Specialist Minimum Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

·        2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

·        Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles

·        Experience with accounting software and ERP systems

·        Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

·        Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
