Accounts Payable ClerkJoin our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, supporting vendors, and ensuring timely payments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What's in it for you?401(k)Dental insuranceMedical insuranceVision insuranceAnd moreAccounts Payable Clerk Details:Direct hire position$52,000.00/annuallyFirst shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Process and enter vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to verify charges.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.Maintain organized accounts payable records and support month-end closing activities.Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries and account issues.Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.2+ years of Accounts Payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related office experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully meet pre-employment screening requirements.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
