Assistant Administrator Medical Suites at Oak Creek – Oak Creek, Wisconsin Full-Time | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking to hire a motivated and experienced Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to join our leadership team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This position is excellent opportunity for a LNHA who is looking to take the next step in their career while working alongside an experienced Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team. The Assistant Administrator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, support regulatory compliance and quality initiatives, and help ensure residents receive exceptional care in a safe, welcoming environment. Qualifications: Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Wisconsin (required) Bachelor's degree in health administration, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Key Responsibilities: Assist the Administrator with the overall operations and management of the skilled nursing facility Support compliance with federal, state and local regulations and long-term care standards Assist with staffing, employee engagement, performance management and retention incentives Work collaboratively with nursing, clinical, dietary, social services, activities, admissions, and other departments Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Assist with survey preparation and follow up Help monitor facility policies and procedures Support census development, admissions, and resident satisfaction initiatives Assist with financial and operational goals of the facility Develop positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners Step into the Administrator role as needed and provide leadership in the Administrator's absence Why Join Medical Suites at Oak Creek?
