Customer Service Representative

A leading brand in the health and wellness manufacturing industry is seeking an organized, personable, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team. If you thrive in a steady, focused work environment, love helping people, and take pride in being the organized backbone of an office, this role is for you. salary: $24 - $26 per hour shift: First work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Front-Desk Presence & Service: Serve as the welcoming face of the company, greeting visitors, receiving packages/mail, and managing front-office flow. Customer Support: Answer high-volume incoming phone calls, screen and route inquiries, resolve billing or order issues, and elevate complex concerns to Consumer Affairs as needed. Order & Logistics Administration: Perform daily data entry, track shipments, maintain Excel spreadsheets, and collaborate with internal Sales and Sales Admin teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with on-site team members and remote colleagues to maintain a smooth, supportive work environment.
