Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1

As a BoxLunch Part‑Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team by delivering an excellent customer experience, training new recruits, and keeping daily operations running smoothly while meeting sales targets. What You'll Do Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return, using your product knowledge and customer service skills. Step in and step up when needed, covering the sales floor and providing leadership support while the Manager is away. Open and close the store as required. Work the register, process sales transactions, and use fandom knowledge to drive add‑on sales, including BOPIS and curbside pickup; close out the register and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager. Understand store sales plan, compensation sales goals, and key KPIs: UPT and ADT. Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix. Communicate fashion trend information to management and relevant HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of spells and prevent theft. Maintain the stock room organization and overall store tidy‑ness. Help develop and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store. Perform any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need At least 1 year of retail store experience, with a passion for philanthropy and pop culture. Strong communication, time‑management, professionalism, and operations skills. You must be at least 18 years of age. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. The ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle up to 50 pounds of merchandise.
