We are a legacy workers' compensation defense firm representing a client base that includes municipalities, professional sports organizations, small businesses, and national and international corporations. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking associate attorneys to join our team in this active-litigation practice. Workers' compensation is a uniquely interdisciplinary practice where law, medicine, and insurance intersect. Our attorneys analyze complex medical issues, evaluate causation, permanency, and disability, navigate coverage and subrogation issues, collaborate with insurance carriers and claims professionals, and develop practical litigation strategies that protect our clients' interests. The work is varied, intellectually engaging, and well suited to attorneys who are analytical, inquisitive, and enjoy mastering a sophisticated area of practice.
