Orientation and Mobility Specialist

Reliable Health Care Services is hiring a compassionate and skilled Orientation and Mobility Specialist to support Nevada Early Intervention Services (NEIS) in Las Vegas, NV. This role is vital to helping children from birth to age three with visual impairments or developmental delays gain safe and confident mobility skills in their natural environments.

You'll be part of a mission-driven team, traveling to homes, community settings, and rural areas to ensure families across southern Nevada receive high-quality early intervention services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home and community-based assessments for infants and toddlers with developmental delays
• Develop and implement individualized Orientation & Mobility plans to promote safe navigation and independence
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams as part of the IFSP process
• Document services and progress per state and NEIS guidelines
• Travel to rural and remote areas of southern Nevada to deliver services

Required Qualifications:

• ACVREP Certification (Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals)
• Valid Driver's License
• Comfortable with travel to rural communities
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
• Commitment to family-centered care and early developmental support
