Location: Elko, Nevada - Nevada Early Intervention Services (NEIS)
Schedule: Flexible, Mon - Friday
Salary: Highly Competitive, up to $56/HR- Based on Experience

Reliable Health Care Services is hiring a dedicated Orientation and Mobility Specialist to serve families as part of the Nevada Early Intervention Services (NEIS) team in Elko, NV . This role supports children ages birth to three with developmental delays, with a specific focus on helping children who are blind or visually impaired learn to safely navigate their world.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop individualized O&M plans for children ages 0-3
• Provide services in homes
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and early intervention professionals
• Document progress and participate in IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) development
• Travel to provide services in rural areas surrounding Elko

Qualifications:

• ACVREP Certification (Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals)
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness and ability to travel to rural cities and communities
• Experience with pediatric populations is a plus, but not required
• Passion for early childhood intervention and improving children's independence and quality of life
