Hello there!

Are you a licensed healthcare professional that has a passion for helping people who are living with chronic conditions? Are you looking to work from home and are located (or willing to travel) to St. Joseph, Missouri for training/occasional meetings?

If you answered yes to both of the above and:

• An active healthcare license (e.g. LPN, RN, MSW) that's in good standing.
• Enjoy communicating with patients, caregivers, and families on the phone.
• Comfortable with basic software such as excel, email, and other programs.
• A great home environment that enables you to work without much distraction.
• The ability to work evenings/weekends to make as well as receive phone calls.
