Fraud Call Center Representative

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Fraud Call Center Representative will handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud, create customer cases, and analyze network traffic to mitigate fraud risks. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound calls related to suspected fraud and identify theft Create cases for customers and update order information regarding fraud Analyze network traffic and orders to assess risk and prevent fraud loss Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Must provide your own computer monitor; remaining equipment will be supplied Must have high-speed internet and the ability to connect directly to an ethernet portal Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, between 8 a.m. and 12:30 a.m Must be 18 years of age or older
