Senior Manager, Business Development Corporate Partnerships

The Best Players Need the Best People.This role is responsible for generating new partnership revenue through the identification, cultivation, development and execution of corporate partnership opportunities, including Official Marketing Partnerships (OMP), Title Sponsorships and other commercial partnerships.This position manages prospective partner opportunities throughout the sales process, builds relationships with key decision-makers and develops customized solutions across the PGA Tour’s sponsorship, media, digital, hospitality and event platforms.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or a related field required.7+ years of experience in business development, sponsorship sales, partnership development, media sales or a related commercial environment.Demonstrated success developing and advancing revenue-generating opportunities through complex sales processes.Strong understanding of sponsorship, partnership marketing and the broader sports and entertainment marketplace.Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to develop commercially sound partnership solutions.Excellent relationship management, communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.Ability to collaborate effectively and influence across a highly matrixed organization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.Ability to travel and work evenings, weekends and holidaysResponsibilitiesIdentify, cultivate and develop new corporate partnership opportunities, including OMP, Title Sponsorship and other commercial partnerships that generate incremental revenue for the PGA Tour based on assigned portfolio. Manage assigned opportunities throughout the sales process from prospect identification and discovery through proposal, negotiation and contract execution.Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and consistently work toward established revenue and business development goals.Build relationships with prospective partners and key decision-makers to understand business objectives and identify relevant commercial opportunities.Develop customized partnership solutions utilizing PGA Tour assets across sponsorship, media, events, digital, hospitality and other commercial platforms.Develop proposals, presentations and business cases that effectively communicate partnership value and support the sales process.Support and contribute to the development of Title Sponsorship and naming rights opportunities, coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop integrated commercial solutions.Collaborate with Media, Events, Studios, Sponsor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Legal, Finance and other internal teams to develop and execute partnership opportunities.Evaluate industry trends, emerging categories and marketplace opportunities to support prospecting and business development priorities.Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting and opportunity information in partnership with Commercial Operations.Support the successful transition of newly secured partnerships to Sponsor Relations and activation teams.Contribute to broader sales strategies, business development initiatives and team priorities.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.SummaryLocation: Ponte Vedra Beach, FLType: Full time
