Job Description Job Description PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER - QUICKBOOKS ONLINE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Established 30-year manufacturing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Responsibilities: - Manage daily bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online - Bank and credit card reconciliations - Accounts payable and accounts receivable - Invoicing and payment tracking - Maintain accurate financial records and reports - Assist with payroll and general bookkeeping duties as needed Requirements: - Strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience required - Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience required - Strong organizational and communication skills - Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred: - Experience in a small business environment - Manufacturing or inventory bookkeeping experience a plus Compensation: $25-$28 per hour depending on experience.
