Christianity Today is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager (Mid-Level Giving & Donor Development) to cultivate relationships with Sustaining Partners and emerging major donors, guiding a program of $1K+ gifts and growing a pipeline of future major gifts while moving donor engagement from transactional to relational. You will manage a caseload of 250–300 donors, optimize Virtuous CRM, lead the Sustaining Partners and The Thread programs, and collaborate with Mission Advancement to meet annual #J-18808-Ljbffr Christianity-Today-1
