Overview A warm and flexible family in Amagansett is seeking an experienced, nurturing Live‑In Nanny to care for their two young children, ages 22 months and 4 months. The family is looking for a calm, communicative, and professional caregiver who can provide loving, developmentally focused care while becoming a trusted part of their household. The family currently resides in the Hamptons but may relocate back to New York City in the future. Should that occur, the position would transition to a live‑out role in UES. They are seeking someone who is adaptable, enjoys working collaboratively with parents, and is interested in growing with the family long‑term. Schedule Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00am–6:00pm Flexibility for occasional Saturday hours when needed Live‑in accommodations available seven days per week, even though the primary work schedule is Monday–Friday Responsibilities Providing attentive care for a toddler and infant Supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play Managing children's daily routines, including meals, naps, and outings Preparing children's meals and maintaining child-related organization Children's laundry and nursery upkeep Creating a calm, structured, and nurturing environment Traveling with the family as needed Maintaining open and consistent communication with parents regarding schedules, routines, and developmental progress Qualifications Calm, patient, and nurturing demeanor Strong communication skills with both parents and children Professional, flexible, and dependable Someone who values creating a peaceful and positive home environment Long‑term mindset and desire to grow with a family Requirements Prior experience caring for infants and toddlers simultaneously Comfortable with pets Background in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred Valid driver's license is a plus Flexibility to travel with the family as needed Salary and Benefits $40/hour DOE, on the books Live‑in accommodations are provided while in the Hamptons PTO, sick days, more to be discussed Long‑term opportunity with a warm and flexible household #J-18808-Ljbffr
