As a key partner to leadership and employees, you will drive learning and development initiatives for a complex, multi-regional business line serving over 2,500 employe Key Responsibilities tiesPartner with OD&L Managers and VPs to deliver learning and development solutions aligned with business priorit ies.Lead and support significant learning projects and OD&L processes, ensuring timely and effective execut ion.Analyze training needs and implement impactful programs for diverse employee populations across multiple geograph ies.Collaborate with business leaders to align learning strategies with overall business objecti ves.Adjust project plans and objectives independently based on evolving business needs and priorit ies.Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of learning interventi ons.Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops as requi red.Provide expert guidance and day-to-day support to employees, managers, and HR partners regarding development opportunities and resour ces. Qualifications tionsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree pref erred5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related HR r oles.Proven experience supporting large-scale and/or international business units, ideally in Oil & Gas or similar indust ries.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage business leaders and diverse employee gr oups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
