If you are a morning person who values a consistent 40-hour week and a team-oriented environment, this is the perfect fit.Compensation, Shift, & Location DetailsPay Rate: $15.00/hr (Base) + $1.00 increase upon direct hire(1st Shift): Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMLocation: Moraine, OH 45439Experience: 6+ months in assembly (additional manufacturing experience in automotive parts is preferred)Key ResponsibilitiesBlueprint-Guided Assembly: Read and interpret work instructions and blueprints to build components to exact specifications.Quality Auditing: Inspect and test parts during the assembly process.
