Tax Accountant / Family Office

Family Office in Miami is seeking an experienced Tax Accountant / Preparer to join our team. We are looking to add a tax preparer for individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax return preparation. We require someone who specializes in taxation, accounting, audits, and consulting for individuals and businesses. 3-7+ years of experience required. Specific Responsibilities: Prepare partnership, S corporation, and fiduciary tax returns Draft correspondence and other formal documents to the IRS and State Organize and maintain database and files Maintain confidentiality with personal and sensitive data Able to work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Competencies: College Degree in Accounting (Bachelor needed, Master in Taxation preferred) Prior experience with an established public accounting firm Required PTIN eligibility Detail-oriented Ability to research tax issues Self-motivated to complete tasks without supervision and oversight Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Advanced technology skills using Pro Series, Microsoft Office, and CYMA Desire to grow and advance through continued education Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Individual and Family Services, Financial Services, and Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
