Employee Experience Manager

About the role We’re looking for an Employee Experience Manager to create an exceptional workplace environment for our Thatch team. You’ll be a driving force behind our culture, managing our office operations, and helping support and execute large‐scale events. There’s a lot of ground to cover but you’ll have the ability to tie many aspects of employee experience together. What you’ll do Office Management Oversee daily operations across our office locations, ensuring spaces are clean, functional, welcoming and well‑maintained Manage vendor relations including facilities, lunch/catering, supplies, and building management Coordinate office services, supplies, equipment and support IT with Technology needs for seamless operations Act as our points person with brokers and landlords as we grow and add more offices Event Planning & Execution Plan and execute large‑scale company off‑sites, including venue selections, logistics, programming and budget management in partnership with others at Thatch Organize engaging office specific and company‑wide off‑sites with our Head of People and other leaders at Thatch Employee Experience & Culture Design and implement employee perks and programs that enhance workplace satisfaction Serve as a member of the Culture Committee and continuously assess and improve the employee experience through feedback and creative solutions Background we’re looking for 3‑5 years of office management, employee experience or related fields Track record of planning and executing large‑scale events for 100+ people Excellent ability to manage against a budget and identify areas of opportunity Ability to manage and negotiate with vendors Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities, and ability to communicate needs clearly Experience we’d be particularly excited about Experience managing offices / facilities for high‑growth companies Planning large, multi‑day events with a remote workforce Optimistic orientation towards work and ability to thrive even when things are not working out as planned… because sometimes that happens with events What to expect We interview rigorously based on integrity, talent, and drive; the trust we display in our teammates from day 1 is a reflection of the confidence we have in this process.
