The team relies on this position to drive monthly closes, manage audit processes, and ensure regulatory rigor across SEC and corporate frameworks. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP Oversee SOX compliance, designing and testing internal controls for financial reporting Partner with external auditors and manage tax preparation deliverables Optimize ERP and financial systems (NetSuite) to automate manual workflows and improve data accuracy Review complex revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and capitalization schedules Supervise, mentor, and develop a growing team of staff and senior accountants What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of accounting experience, combining Big 4 public accounting and corporate tech experience Active CPA license required Deep technical expertise in US GAAP, SOX controls, and SEC reporting standards Advanced proficiency with ERP systems like NetSuite and Excel Proven track record of scaling accounting processes and managing high-performing teams Bonus: Experience with IPO readiness, M&A accounting, or international subsidiary management #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
