Although THHN Consulting is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, we welcome licensed Occupational Therapists from ALL Florida counties. You will work in your own community — serving patients near where you already live. No relocation required. Role Overview We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) to deliver home health occupational therapy services as 1099 independent subcontractors. You will conduct evaluations, design meaningful treatment plans, and help patients regain independence in daily living activities — all on a flexible schedule you set yourself. What You'll Do * Perform occupational therapy evaluations and OASIS assessments in the home setting * Develop individualized treatment plans focused on ADL/IADL independence and safety * Provide skilled interventions including adaptive equipment training, home modification recommendations, and cognitive rehabilitation * Complete re-evaluations, recertifications, and discharge documentation * Educate patients and caregivers on safety, energy conservation, and adaptive techniques * Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines Requirements * Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in Florida * Current CPR/BLS certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers) * Proof of professional liability insurance * Valid W-9 (we will provide a blank W-9 if needed) * Reliable transportation * Home health or OASIS experience preferred What We Offer * Per-visit compensation: Regular Visit $52 | Eval/Recert/Re-Eval/OASIS DC $70 | Start of Care (SOC) $90 * Flexible scheduling — you set your own availability * Work in YOUR county — all 67 Florida counties, no relocation required * Choose your own caseload * Fast onboarding — apply online at thhn.net * Supportive consulting team for all credentialing questions How to Apply Thank you for your interest in joining THHN!
