We’re seeking a Project Management Assistant to support our Installation & Fabrication Project Management team. This role blends administrative coordination, client communication, and project support — ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn the ins and outs of a legacy trade. What You’ll Do Prepare and write detailed project estimates and proposals Communicate with clients via phone and email to coordinate project details, timelines, and expectations Support back-office administrative tasks related to project tracking, scheduling, and documentation Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless client experience What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, design, or construction administration Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills A design background or understanding of architectural plans is a big plus A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude Why Join Us At Costikyan, we blend craftsmanship, heritage, and modern service to care for the spaces people love most.
