Lead a team built on real systems, not guesswork. Weekdays run 9A-2:30P and 2:30P-7P, with an added 10A-6P shift Mon/Thu/Fri. Weekends run 9A-6P, plus a 1P-6P shift. Guaranteed $17.50/hr base, plus tips — averaging $31.50 to $41.50 per hour total. Employer-paid health insurance for this role. 401(k). Paid vacation, full-time and part-time. Product sales commission.

What you bring to the team To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need: A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province) Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports) A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
