Centralized Scheduling Coordinator [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Centralized Scheduling Coordinator based in the United States.

The Centralized Scheduling Coordinator will manage the scheduling and coordination of installation and service resources across a nationwide operation.
This role serves as a key link between project management, customer support, subcontractors, technicians, and other field resources.
You will assess project requirements, match qualified resources to assignments, and build efficient schedules based on availability, location, skills, and customer needs.
The position combines relationship management, logistics, problem-solving, and operational coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Success requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining service quality.
You will also contribute to process improvements that make scheduling more efficient and strengthen the customer experience.
This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and meaningful responsibility for keeping field operations running smoothly.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractors and business partners, providing guidance, feedback, installation requirements, and technical information to support high-quality service delivery.
• Review installation and service statements of work to identify appropriate approved contractors and available technicians for each assignment.
• Coordinate closely with Project Management to understand project requirements, resource needs, timelines, and scheduling priorities.
• Partner with Customer Support to ensure service requests and dispatches are scheduled promptly and accurately.
• Plan and schedule installation and service jobs based on project requirements, customer preferences, technician capabilities, geographic location, and resource availability.
• Coordinate field technicians and installation teams to allocate resources efficiently and minimize scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Source internal and external labor resources as needed to fulfill installation and service requests.
• Negotiate and create purchase order numbers to secure assigned labor resources for installation and service work.
• Provide technicians and business partners with detailed installation guides and relevant job information to support successful execution.
• Coordinate material logistics by arranging shipment of required parts from assigned warehouses to appropriate locations.
• Track projects through completion, ensuring jobs are posted, updated, and closed accurately and on time.
• Identify scheduling challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and proactively resolve issues that could affect project timelines or customer satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve scheduling processes, resource utilization, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, field operations, logistics, or a related environment, with intermediate-level scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and credibly with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with proven capacity to manage multiple schedules, projects, requests, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities, resource availability, or customer requirements change.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with subcontractors, technicians, project managers, customer support teams, and other internal and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team.

Benefits:

• Base compensation of approximately $20–$23 per hour , with actual pay determined by relevant experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.
