Flywire is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to support our US and Canada customers across Student Financial Services, eStore, and TPI products. You will leverage AI tools to automate workflows, manage tickets, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues. You should have 3–5 years in technical support engineering, strong MySQL/Regex skills, and a B.S. in science or engineering.
